Appointments

Gov. Beverly Perdue announced a number of appointments Monday:

Brandy Bynum, Raleigh, to the Committee on Dropout Prevention. Bynum is director of policy and outreach at Action for Children NC. Alice Stubbs, Raleigh, to the State Ethics Commission. Stubbs is an attorney at Tharrington Smith, LLP.

Peter Rascoe, III, of Edenton, to the North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund Board of Trustees. Rascoe is county manager of Chowan County.

Jessie H. Warren, Rocky Mount, to the North Carolina Internship Council. Warren is director of internships and career services at North Carolina Wesleyan College. (NEWS RELEASES, 2/08/10).
