The Insider: North Carolina State Government News Service -- a product owned by The News & Observer -- is fully protected by copyright in all forms.
The Insider grants you a non-exclusive, personal, limited license to the Insider.
You may not forward e-mailed versions of the Insider to any other person or group. Accordingly, the Insider will only accept e-mail addresses for individuals, not e-mail addresses that it deems to be related to forwarding accounts. The Insider sends its information directly to individual, registered subscribers, who are then individually responsible for honoring copyright law.
You may not provide your username and password to allow any other person or group to access the Insider's Web site.
Companies that want to provide access to the Insider for more than one employee must sign up each employee as an additional user, as outlined below.
You may not share content from the Insider in any form with any other person or group. You may not distribute, transfer, disseminate, publish, broadcast, circulate, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide content from the Insider to any other person or group. You may not post content from the Insider on any newsgroup, mail list, electronic bulletin board or Web site, forward content from the Insider by e-mail, or otherwise electronically transmit content from the Insider or make it available to any other persons in any manner. Material from the Insider may not be republished or reprinted without written permission.
Additional users. Subscribers may register up to five additional users at a special discount rate. Additional users must be co-workers engaged in the same business enterprise, located at the same physical location as the primary subscriber. Additional users will be assigned their own usernames and passwords, and will be bound by the same restrictions as primary subscribers. Primary subscribers who wish to sign up more than five additional users, or additional users who work at other physical locations, must get approval from The Insider.
